I am currently looking for a home in QC relocating from KS. Looking at homes in the Ironwood/Ocotillo area. Can you give me any advice?
I'd love to give you some advice. It's a buyers market here. You can get some very nice homes for great prices. On the downside, there are not many higher paying jobs in QC so if you are still in the job market you may have a long commute from home. Many a person has moved into this area and been disappointed because they find that they are spending more time in their cars and less time in their new homes. You might want to lease in the area for a while to see if it is something you can tolerate. Pros- lots of new schools. We are slowly getting restaurants and shopping. Cons - This town is still a hodge podge looking for an identity.
